Ant trap....

Sebastian's discovery of an ant (actually several ants) in the Bat Cave led to the search for an environmentally-friendly solution to eradicate them. First Savannah attempted to capture each intruder individually on a piece of jigsaw puzzle and escort them outside. That proved to be too labour-intensive so a new plan was devised....

Operating on the assumption that ants are afraid of spiders...Sebastian's RC Tarantula was set up to frighten them in the desired direction...

To ensure that they were successfully herded, the roaring Triceratops was employed to usher them toward the actual trap....

Carefully constructed with ant-psychology in mind...the cage portion is reinforced with books so as to ensure no escapees.....

'Come on in, little ants, nothing to be afraid of here...'
We didn't actually catch any but they seemed to have disappeared as quickly as they arrived on the scene...

I will, however, be instituting the appropriate remedies to discourage them from returning....:)
